Potamotrygon - wound - please help!

Hello,
first of all: sorry I dont write Deutsch, but I hope you'll help me anyway.
I have small stingray (I've bought it as potamotrygon motello). I saw that it has a wound on a fin. 2 Days before it was smaller but now it is bigger (it has blood color), I attach picture of it but actually wound looks bigger.
Please let me know what to do about it. I run UV lamp to eliminate bacterias infection. DO you know what to do more? How to cure it?
